CRA II For over a decade, Joulé Scientific has been providing unparalleled staffing services for temporary, contract and direct professionals to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty chemical and clinical research organizations. Currently we have an opening for a CRA II to support a major Pharmaceutical Company. The position is located in Blue Bell, PA.Job Description · Ensure clinical sites follow protocol rules and applicable regulations· Provide input into monitor form development· Schedule all monitor visits, including travel arrangements· Maintain monitor folders· Conduct pre-study site qualification/inspection visits· Conduct site initiation visits· Conduct interim monitor visits · Conduct close-out visits· Complete all reports and follow-up letters in a timely manner, i.e., expense reports, monitor reports, etc.· Lead, guide and motivate sites to complete study goals in a timely mannerEmployment Requirements · BS in a Life Science or equivalent in Nursing discipline· Minimum 2 yrs of direct field monitoring experience· Need to be able to travel 80% of time.· Ability and willingness to accept required travel including travel to investigational sites, team meetings, Investigator Meetings and other related training· Ability and willingness to work at sites approximately four days per week· Ability and willingness to perform increased number and frequency of complex communications and if necessary, be available during all working hours to take calls from assigned sites· Strong interpersonal skills which should include expertise in conflict management, teamwork, problem solving, and negotiation· Solid organizational skills and attention to detail· Ability to make independent decisions and work with minimal supervision· Good written and verbal communication skills· Good interpersonal skills· Prior specific therapeutic area experience as needed
