Requirements:

In these expansion roles- we are looking for individuals that have the following experience set in these areas:

a) PBM, Mail Order or Specialty pharmacy experience
b) Channel or distribution experience ( i.e. Amerisource, Innovatix etc)
c) Brand Management from a pharma - Biotech experience is a BIG plus
d) MSLs must have CURRENT experince


These postions can be based in FL, IL, TX or MNYou must be located in one of these states OR be able to relocate there upon hire.

1) Director of Account Management -FL, IL, TX, MN
In this role, you would serve as the key strategist in the development of client programs for our organizaiton, Subject matter expert and the principal interface to the client in terms of pharmacy solutions, and oversees all  services and products delivered to the client to accomplish client program objectives. This position is accountable for client relationships, and will be measured by the satisfaction, revenue growth, and retention of designated clients and their stakeholders. PBM, MAIL ORDER AND SPECIALTY PHARMACY EXPERTISE IS REQUIRED

 2) Assoc Director of Reimbursement - TX or nationwide
In this role, we need a key strategist  to consult with our Biotech and Pharma clients on reimbursment for new drugs and indications. The ideal person woud have: Reimbursement consulting expertise with organizations such as  Lash, Covance, Healthbridge to the Biotech and Pharmacuetical arena. Biotech or pharma reimbursement experincece or Payer/PBM/TPA benefit management experience is a also attractive!

 3) Senior Healthcare Consulting Analysts - Data and Claims-MN or TX
This position will  participate in development of new reports, analytical models, as well as new products and benefit programs. Great opportunity to grow in our company! Senior Healthcare Consulting Analyst that will provide information, analyses, and consulting to our client's pharmacy team, sales and account teams and clients in order to assess performance of claims and pharmacy  benefits and develop recommendations for improvements. SAS is a MUST!  If you have background in claims analysis, ( medical and pharmacy) claims patterns and analyzing healthcare design plans- we need to talk to you! If analytics is your middle name- look no further!

 4) Manager of Reimbursement/Revenue-TX
In this role you will work with corporate and practice management teams to oversee and review collections reports to identify payer and other collections issues. Develops and implements practice specific process improvement recommendations to secure positive results,  Liaison with practice and business office staff to resolve issues and outstanding problems in the area of A/R management and Revenue Cycle process.  Maintains reimbursement related key performance indicators for network practices, setting and benchmarking Revenue Cycle goals BA and 7 years experince in reimbursement in a payer or medical center/hospital experince a plus. CPC or CCS-P prefferred

 5) Medical Science Liasions- Oncology or Immunolgy- TX, NY, PA, IL, NJ, CA, GA
Join a newly created expansion team of a Global Giant! Develop KOLs, maintain relationships to build scientific understanding, expertise and clinical knowledge.  Work with KOLs for educational programming, clinical trials and advisory boards. Act as liaison to investigators for developing investigator driven research proposals (IITs). Provide broad clinical support with cross- functional teams such as Marketing in support of key strategies, marketing materials, publications, launch of new products and attendance at key congresses. Master’s Degree or above. PharmD, MD, PhD preferred. 5 years therapeutic area experience in a clinical or MSL role
