Ensure risk is mitigated between refund and posting with in escheatment guidelines. Timely reconciliation of accounts with unapplied cash. Determine disposition requirements of unapplied cash based on reconciliation. Make recommendations for booking unapplied cash to liability based on reconciliations. Work with recommendations to identify situations/circumstances that may lend themselves to process changes/improvements reducing future unapplied cash based on findings. Reconcile and assess accounts with credit balances where unapplied cash does not appear to be involved.  These will involve accounts where credits and rebills may require zero batch processing or refund recommendations to process. Ensure Division compliance with escheatment guidelines and audits to policy and procedures.QUALIFICATIONS Associates degree in business related field or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. This position requires prior experience with account reconciliation and understanding of potential general ledger impacts of A/R adjustments. Successful candidate must be pro-active, able to work independently and provide general steps required in account reconciliation.
