Cell Culture Manufacturing Manager Come join the team of a rapidly growing Biotech manufacturing organization located in America’s heartland! This position will allow you to showcase your knowledge of upstream processes, cell culture manufacturing and large-scale Bioreactor operations as you supervise the day to day functions at this brand new facility. Additional responsibilities include properly qualifying and maintaining manufacturing equipment and instruments, developing SOPs and ensuring GMP compliance, process development, technical transfer, vendor relationship management and working with Quality Assurance. Requirements We are very interested in talking to candidates with the following qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline 5-10 years experience in the biotech industry including supervision or management experience Background in GMP manufacturing environment including creating or approving SOPs, batch records and validation protocols Thorough knowledge of Upstream processes, Cell Culture and experience working with large-scale Bioreactors Benefits Full benefits package Relocation assistanceCandidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
