Key Duties:

 Performs filling work of a highly repetitive nature. - Chemical 1, Packager # Small Volume Fill must be capable of operating all semi-automated labeling equipment. - Chemical 1, Packager # Small Volume Fill must be capable of operating all heat sealing equipment. - Chemical 1, Packager # Small Volume Fill must be capable of using a counting or weigh scale. - Chemical 1, Packager # Small Volume Fill must be capable of using LabTech peristaltic pumps. - Chemical 1, Packager # Small Volume Fill must be capable of using Pipet-Aid Pipetting device. - Chemical 1, Packager # Small Volume Fill must be capable of using EZ-Step Pipettors. - Chemical 1, Packager # Small Volume Fill must be capable of using P-20, P-100, P-200, & P-1000 single channel pipettes. - Chemical 1, Packager # Small Volume Fill must be capable of using E.D.P (Electronic Dispense Pipet). - All Chemical Packager's have authority to police and enforce RNase Free Techniques. - Filling personnel are required to learn, know and follow RNase Free Techniques 101. - Filling personnel are required to learn, know and follow all filling room cleaning procedures. - Filling personnel are required to learn all job specific document control, product/kit storage and product/kit transfer procedures. - Filling personnel are required to take and comprehend all ISO requirements as it pertains to the MFG, Filling group. Including but not limited to Control of Documents, Quality Policy, Control of Monitoring and Measuring Devises.
