Biophase Solutions specializes in recruiting the top talented professionals for the leading Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical companies in Orange County.  We are currently searching for qualified cleaning technicians to work for a leading pharmaceutical company in Tustin, CA.



Position Title: Cleaning Technician

To maintain proper cleaning of the facility for GMP operation and to assist Manufacturing personnel with day-to-day operations.

Job Requirements

 

·  Full and partial cleaning of the Manufacturing facility on a regular and as-needed basis.

·  Maintaining proper organization of facility rooms and equipment

·  Cleaning and properly storing equipment/material used in Manufacturing

·  Processing equipment/materials needed for Manufacturing using autoclave and/or depyrogenation oven

·  Maintaining proper documentation of equipment and material use.

·  Maintaining equipment/materials required for cleaning

·  Performing regular Preventative Maintenance on key pieces of equipment within the Manufacturing facility.

·  Assisting Manufacturing Associates with production procedures.

·  Assisting with inventory and issuance of material used in production

Qualifications

 

High school diploma with a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a cleanroom, laboratory, GMP, or pharmaceutical environment.  MUST HAVE CLEAN ROOM EXPERIENCE!!


Language Skills

 Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and

maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills

 

Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. 

Reasoning Ability

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Computer Skills

 Proficient personal computer skills, including electronic mail is a plus.
