Job Description

This is a full-time position in a fast-paced office environment in Boston, MA.  The Senior Associate in Program Management will work as part of a client-oriented team to design, implement, and assess client-specific programs based on the unique needs of the client population.  The Senior Associate will help coordinate all aspects of the program, including, but not limited to, data acquisition, data quality assessment, and targeted outreach campaign generation, and support detailed assessments of overall program performance for one or multiple clients.

 

Primary Responsibilities

Assists in overall data acquisition and assessment of data quality

 

Analyze client populations to define opportunities for impact

 

Implement and monitor all population outreach activities

 

Track response to, and impact of, outreach activities and make adjustments to program as needed

 

Respond to ad-hoc analytic requests

 

Review client reports for accuracy and consistency with program operations and interpret program performance using client benchmarks and other program experience

 

Ensure completion of client requests and deliverables according to project deadlines

 

Work closely with other operational and informatics-focused teams to ensure client program is on track to meet goals and expectations

 

Qualifications

Outstanding analytic and quantitative skills

 

Record of strong academic and business achievement

 

2-5 years work experience

 

Strong verbal and written communication skills

 

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

 

Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, strongly preferred

 

Health care experience preferred, but not required

 

Desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with opportunities for advancement

 

Graduate degree desired but not required in a healthcare, business or related field
