Client Services/Account Management

Shuster Laboratories is a leading provider of quality assurance, laboratory testing and R&D services for the consumer products industry.  Our client service managers hold degrees in life science fields including food technology, chemistry, and microbiology and provide technical consultation to clients in this industry.  They work with customers and suppliers to establish, maintain and grow client relationships by satisfying their technical needs.

1.  Organize and coordinate assigned client account work in a timely and profitable manner.

2.  Prepare client proposals, reports, specifications, technical information.

3.  Provide timely follow up and problem resolution.

4.  Provide technical consulting both internally and externally.

5.  Maintain up to date knowledge of regulations and product requirements and use that knowledge to develop new business.

6.  Work with internal departments; operations, business support and quality assurance.
