Provide clinical expertise relating to Baxter product lines within the Global Infusion Systems (GIS) organization. Work with, and provide support to, GIS product development teams. This could include working with and managing key opinion leaders, conducting research and clinical studies, working with healthcare professionals to understand how they use GIS products and to gather their feedback about our products, supporting sales and marketing efforts by presenting product information and teaching clinicians how to use our products, and providing product development teams with important product and clinician insight. QUALIFICATIONS: Clinically skilled, licensed health care professional in Nursing and/or Anesthesiology, with a minimum of 5 years clinical experience in IV therapy or oncology/pain management. Recent or ongoing work in a clinical position is desirable. Home health care or critical care experience is a plus. Knowledge of Baxter products and competitive products is helpful. Involvement with product decisions, or product development activities, is also helpful. The individual must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent presentation and teaching skills, be computer literate, and be skilled at operating in a team environment. The manager must demonstrate exceptional follow-through with assigned tasks and be self-motivated.
