Clinical Call Center Associate

 

RCTS, a leader in the field of clinical testing, has openings for a Clinical Call Center Associate. The successful candidate will join a team that provides clinical testing services to many of the world’s best known consumer product companies. 



 

As a Clinical Call Center Associate you will be responsible for assisting the front desk in areas of data entry, answering inbound calls, and for recruiting panelists to participate on studies that are testing cosmetics, personal care products and OTC drugs.  You must be detailed oriented, have excellent phone and customer service skills, and be able to follow and give directions carefully.  Computer experience is also required.

 

Because of our location, this position is best suited for residents of Irving, TX or the area near Irving referred to as the mid-cities.
