For immediate consideration, click the 'Apply Now!' button, or refer a friend by clicking the 'E-mail this job' link provided.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:' Will provide therapeutic area data management input and own the data capture system creations during the study development through data lock' Will develop and implement data standards' Will develop study specific strategies for efficient data review and will implement new technology and processes to increase data management capacity, capability and quality for its customers' Will be responsible for correcting errors and discrepancies through the site query process' Will be responsible for documenting permanent data issues, and for routinely communicating issues with team membersJOB REQUIREMENTS:' Must have knowledge of the clinical trial process ' Must have knowledge of data validation processes' Must have proven capacity to understand comprehensive data review principles' Must have strong project management skills' Must have the willingness to share knowledge across the organization' Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills' Must have strong interpersonal skills, both one-on-one and team-based ' Must have the ability to problem solve and innovate' Must be computer proficient' Must have experience with Electronic Data Capture (eg.
