Clinical Intake Coordinator

We accomplish this mission through our people—a cadre of exceptionally talented individuals who genuinely care about improving patient outcomes, and who work together to develop leading-edge technology and services. Supports Reimbursement Case Managers by creating and maintaining patient charts; monitoring surgery schedules and providing necessary paperwork.  Primary focus is complete authorizations as promptly and efficiently as possible. Other duties monitoring inbound and outbound information on all venues, month end activities and driving superior customer service. Major On-Going Responsibilities:  •Learn and become proficient in using the PIMS and CMS systems.•Organize all patient data required for each new chart.•Contact doctor offices for missing patient information.•Enter all data for each claim into PIMS and CMS systems. •Monitor and maintain all data in CMS for tracking purposes.•Run daily reports in CMS.•Close out all completed claims. •Audit invoice, A&A, CMN, WAIVER, HIPAA for appropriate information.•Invoice pricing and documentation.•Submit RFE invoices to Customer Service on daily basis. •Monitor dedicated incoming fax lines.•Support Medical Records Specialist when needed •Other responsibilities as required. Experience & Training:  •High School degree or equivalent experience required.•One plus years experience in administrative support role•Insurance benefit verification and pre-certification experience preferred by not required.•Strong communication and organization skills.•Proficient Computer with Microsoft Word and Excel software, experience with  medical billing software a plus.•Ability to work well in a team environment.•Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment.  3 positions available.
