Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE)/Community Advocacy Manager (CAM)

The Therapeutics Institute (TTI) is presently seeking experienced Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE)/Community Advocacy Manager (CAM).  The CNE/CAM has primary responsibility/accountability for providing appropriate disease state awareness programs to Pulmonary Hypertension Patient Advocacy Groups. The CNE/CAM will provide tools, resources and information for all individual and group presentations and to other patient advocacy groups in order to meet the needs, expectations and business objectives.

Clinical 4-year degree with 5 years clinical experience in healthcare to include hospital, homecare, pharmaceutical or biotech, preferably in pulmonary hypertension and/or cardiovascular experience.  Patient support group and/or patient advocacy experience a must.

Ability to meet with patient advocacy groups which often meet after hours during the weekday and day hours on the weekend.

Availability for local & overnight travel within the defined territory:  MD, DC, VA, East TN, and Western NC.
