Project Coordinator Ellicott City, MD or Redwood City, CA ICON Development Solutions The selected candidate will assist project management in ensuring the most effective and efficient conduct of clinical research studies by providing administration, project co-ordination and tracking support. This person will be responsible to assist the Project Manager in completion of all required tasks to meet departmental and project goals, develop and implement overall departmental processes and procedures, will assist with tracking of project progress against project milestones, coordinate information between departments including assessment of the impact of changes to the timeline, assist in the creation and maintenance of project timelines using MS Project software, attend project team meetings, assist the Project Managers in administrative duties, maintain the study files, and assist in the creation of detailed and accurate Project Status Reports and distribute appropriately. The qualified candidate must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, Associates or Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. Must have meticulous attention to detail, excellent written/verbal communication skills, strong customer service skills and attitude as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office. Prefer experience with Microsoft Project as well. Research or Healthcare-related academic or work experience is preferred.
