Clinical Project Manager - Medical Team

Clinical Project Manager needed in Princeton, New Jersey!

DESCRIPTION:Manages one or more non-technical projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements. Responsibilities may include resource allocation and all phases of development life cycle (i.e. feasibility study, requirements, analysis, ROI, business plan, design testing, and implementation planning). Regularly interacts with management. Coordinates and directs the activities of project team members. Ensures all project requirements and/or objectives are documented. Generally has 2-5 years experience. Minimum BS degree required.

PURPOSE:
Manages operational aspects of planning and executing clinical trials within projects.

RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports to the Senior Clinical Project Manager. Partners closely in the execution of clinical studies with the Clinician in Medical responsible for that project. Other internal relationships include the Lead CRA, the Budget Associate and each function in Medical including Biometrics, Statistics and Scientific Information. External relationships include other departments within company, the project organization and global project teams and subgroups in HQ and Contract Research Organizations.

CLINICAL TRIAL MANAGEMENT:Driving and facilitation of workflow by the various functions. Coordinate with Project Associate the ordering, label review, and packaging of drug supplies. Cross Trial Project Coordination. Drives and monitors trial timelines and resource availability Identifies areas where resources or progress are not consistent with project plan to help team and management correct any divergence from time lines. Communicates up-to-date information regarding trial progress to all relevant interested parties. Clinical Trial Unit Coordination.

BUDGET & CONTRACT COORDINATION:
Negotiates contracts with investigational sites and laboratories for content and pricing
