To assist us with the growth of our contact lens business, we are seeking a Clinical Research Associate II to: Plan and monitor human clinical trials in compliance with internal procedures, ICH Guidelines, Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and applicable Regulations and Guidelines. Coordinate protocol and case report form development and compilation. Insure appropriate clinical trial agreements are signed and materials are distributed. Monitor and secure protocol and regulation compliance at investigational sites. A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required. A minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical/medical device clinical research experience, or optometric/ophthalmic technician is required. A minimum of 2 years site monitoring experience is required. EDC experience is preferred. 35% domestic travel is required. Working knowledge of regulations and standards applied in clinical area and medical devices. Working knowledge, understanding and application of principles, concepts and practices of clinical investigations/studies. Strong organizational, analytical, oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of the application of requirements to new products and processes. Ability to collect and analyze data. Ability to develop innovative solutions to problems with minimal complexity.
