Rapidly growing CRO concentrating on Patient & Investigator Recruitment is seeking experienced (5 year min) Clinical Project Manager. Candidate must be experienced in all aspects of clinical research and have superior communication skills. CPM will be responsible for interface with Pharmaceutical Clients and Clinical Investigators. Candidate must have data management experience, clinical research experience, analytical skills, team management, excellent verbal communication and problem solving skills



Duties:

Senior Manager of clinical trial patient and investigator recruitment projects.

* Oversee the collection, summarization and reporting of project data for pharmaceutical clients.


* Mentor team members and provide guidance on clinical issues and processes management.


* Manage team during project start up activities including:  identifying potential investigators, conducting pre-trial site reviews, training site staff and monitoring adherence to trial protocol.


* Manage the day to day status of patient and investigator enrollment projects.
