Clinical Support Specialist (Pharma) - Direct Hire to $60s

Seeking very sharp, capable and self-motivated clinical support professional, with 3+ years experience coordinating the many, many details involved in clinical research, for key role in growing R&D group.  My client is a RTP-based pharmaceutical firm that is undergoing tremendous growth.  Company needs a top-notch person to take on this key role.
Selected candidate will offer demonstrated ability to manage details and deadlines in a highly empowered and dynamic setting.  A solid understanding of the clinical research process is critical.  Some experience working directly for a pharmaceutical firm is strongly preferred.  Sound industry skills must be complemented by top-notch organizational skills, a strong team orientation, versatile communicative abilities and an absolute commitment to quality. Big plus would be exposure to international clinical work and phase 1 - 4 experience.
