Clinical Trial Associate (multiple positions available in Clinical Trials Management)The Clinical Trial Associate supports our Clinical Trial Management project team in the administrative project management and regulatory document collection/tracking of clinical research trials. 

Austin, TX; Horsham, PA; and San Diego, CA offices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage active study files and prepare key documents for archiving. Ensure PR master files comply with SOPs, GCPs and other regulations. Collect and track regulatory documents for submission to Central and Local IRB and verify IRB approvals. Maintain study enrollment logs. Site management, including site calls and communication regarding non-protocol related questions. Distribute study materials to investigator sites. Provide filing, faxing, and photocopying support for designated project team(s) as required. Prepare documents for and distribute various investigator, regulatory, operations, guidelines and training manuals. Attend project team meetings, prepare meeting agendas and minutes and provide updates on project performance. Assist in preparation for investigator and project launch meetings. Assist in preparation for and attend client meetings including the generations of team meeting agendas and minutes. Provide follow up with client regarding any study issues. Support clinical monitoring staff for visit preparation regarding regulatory document tracking and other study file correspondences. Provide back-up to front desk support as necessary. Attend internal and external training sessions.Knowledge and Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and listening skills. Excellent computer knowledge/skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. MS Outlook a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a project team. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.Education and Work Experience
High school degree, GED, or equivalent experience. Bachelors’ degree (BS, BA, RN) in a biological- or science-related field preferred.
