Clinical Trials Program Manager

 Smith Hanley Consulting Group has an opportunity available for a Clinical Trials Program Manager. Exciting Opportunity for a Clinical Trials Program Manager in Franklin Lakes, NJ. The Program Manager will have a dual reporting obligation to the Director, Medical Affairs for the business unit, and to the Director, Clinical Research. The Program Manager will manage the clinical trial team to achieve the timely and efficient execution of clinical trials with the highest possible levels of quality and scientific integrity.  ·  Capable of critically evaluating protocols and have the ability to identify potential issues with the study design. ·  Conversant with statistical methods, and in ensuring that studies across a program appropriately complement one another in scope and outcomes.·  Assessing program needs.  ·  Coordinating the work of Sr. CTAs and CRAs in planning, designing, executing, and reporting clinical studies within their area of responsibility.  ·  Developing and maintaining project management resources for managing and tracking clinical studies·  Developing program and project plans·  Forecasting and planning program budgets·  Forecasting and planning program budgets, including protocol, ICF, and CRF development and review.·  Assisting in the preparation of regulatory submissions.·  8 years of direct clinical trials experience within Pharma or medical device industry. ·  Minimum of 4 years prior experience successfully managing others.  If you would like to be considered for this position, please forward your resume to mmurdock@smithhanley.com please reference the job title and number.
