Johnson & Johnson Sales and Logistics Company, LLC is seeking a Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment (CPFR) Team Leader will possess strong analytical and quantitative skills, proficiency with computer systems, and the interpersonal skills to build relationships with our top customers and sales teams. The CPFR Team Leader role within the Target's Customer Focused Team (CFT) will be responsible for accurately forecasting a segment of the overall business and leadership for the other CPFR Planners and own the J&J and Target's forecasting relationship. This individual will provide leadership to the business related to process improvements (SKU forecasting, latest Estimates, service, inventory, etc.) and will be responsible for the performance and development of the other on-site Planners. This individual will establish collaborative relationships with the Customer, Sales, Operations, and Demand Planning to enhance long-range national forecasts that will result in achieving SLC DC Fill Rate, Customer Service Levels and Inventory goals, as well as drive the qualitative and quantitative customer forecast through operations. This individual will be critical in ensuring overall sales growth throughout the Target's CFT via collaboration with sales and the customer. The CPFR Team Leader will also be responsible for leading strategic business initiatives and/or mentoring Process Excellence belts and/or other projects. This candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree. Two years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, and/or Procurement is required. This candidate must have significant experience with exposure to the Customer. This candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically with Microsoft Excel. Experience with Six Sigma/Process Excellence Tools, Training, and/or Certification is preferred. Experience using MiniTab is also preferred. Planning experience and experience utilizing Demand Management software (SAP, Manugistics, I2, etc.) is highly preferred. Distribution, Transportation, Category Management, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Planning and/or Sales experience is preferred. Demonstrated leadership, facilitation and project management experience is required. Some people leadership is preferred. The ability to communicate and interact effectively across many internal departments is required. This candidate will have the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Additionally, this candidate will be able to work in an ever-changing matrix environment. This candidate may be required to travel up to 15% Domestically. The position is based in Minneapolis, MN.
