Consumer Product Sales Trainer

This trainer will be primarily responsible for: Developing training classes for core training programs such as, Leadership training, New Hire training, Ross Way of Selling, Advanced Selling training, and other soft skills training. Developing selling presentations for CPS. Updating and maintaining content in training manuals. Facilitating other sales related training such as Category Management training, Customer Marketing training, and Supply Chain (forecasting)training. Creating new training modules for specific CPS needs such as Probing Skills, Negotiation Skills, etc.Qualifications· Requires broad understanding of all Ross products and how they are sold.· 2-5 years of sales and/or training experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry required.· Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others at all levels both within and external to the function.· Demonstrated track record of implementing innovative ideas and programs.· Established effective presentation and communication skills.· Technical Proficiency in using Lotus Notes, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. · Previous demonstrated ability to manage or lead a team.
