Contract Assistant North Wales, PA The selected candidate will assist in the development, improvement and maintenance of departmental tracking tools and filing systems. The individual will be responsible for the accurate scanning, posting and notification of executed contractual documents. In this role, the Contract Assistant will obtain authorized signatures for contractual documents in a timely manner. Responsibilities also include the validation of data for various tracking tools and reports. This can be accomplished independently via resources and accrued knowledge base or via queries of internal or external departments. The individual will be accountable for assisting the Contract Analysts/Associates in the preparation of contracts and change orders for sponsor studies as needed. The creation of weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc., ad hoc reports and special projects as assigned as well as the maintenance of Master Service Agreements and Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement databases. Provide administrative support to the director of contracts and managers as necessary. Ensure that departmental training information is kept current and department members are notified of any changes and post these documents to MyICON and notify other departments as necessary. Prepare cover letters and send documents to sponsors. The qualified candidate must possess the minimum of a High School Diploma. Successful candidate must be highly motivated, work well in a strong team environment, possess excellent communication skills and be able to follow directions well. Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, CRO, or related industry is a plus. Solid working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook Mail is required. Knowledge of PowerPoint and Access is a plus. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
