Our client, a rapidly expanding pharmaceutical company located in the progressive, multicultural community of Cambridge, MA is currently seeking an experienced Clinical Trials Manger to join their team for a six-month, extendable contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to get their foot in the door with an organization poised for rapid growth in the near future. The successful candidate will have experience in late-stage trials, the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, maneuver well in an ever-changing workspace, and direct industry experience in project management.

The Clinical Trials Manager is responsible for independently managing a small number of studies of basic to moderate complexity or defined activities in more complex, multicenter studies.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Organize and manage multiple tasks related to clinical studies under basic supervision.

Ensure study milestones are met and studies are completed according to protocol.

Oversee monitoring activities, conduct monitoring visits, and co-monitor as needed.

Directly oversee the clinical sites, vendors, and study team on assigned studies to ensure consistency of methods, interpretation and approach of assigned studies.

Conduct training regarding logistics of the clinical trial including protocol, and coordinating trial materials.
