Minimum Education level Bachelor Degree Required
Seeking a Contract Manager who will be responsible for organizing and facilitating processes for change requests and orders. Will monitor fulfillment of contractual obligations and assess impact to formulate appropriate risk. Will maintain and track portfolio of change requests and ensure contract is maintained consistent with and reflective of the body of change requests.
Will document and archive all contract documents and amendments, document issues and questions for team and client use related to the contract, and monitor services regarding quality, performance, costs and reliability. Will define and manage governance process framework and ensure common standards and methodology. Will establish templates and processes as needed to ensure service quality and compliance. Will ensure adherence to defined processes and standards across all service streams.
Will research best practices across a variety of industries and disciplines and translate into relevant actions for improvements within VMO. Must demonstrate highly developed negotiation skills to achieve business.
Required:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent MBA preferred, with 7+ years of related experience
· Understanding of organizational dynamics of a global corporation, opening culture, effective work styles and achieving results in a change environment
· Ability to communicate to a diverse audience, at multiple levels within the company through various formats
Ability to define and oversee/execute business analysis for dealing with complex issues relating to both business process improvement and sourcing opportunities.
