Genomic Health, Inc. (Nasdaq: GHDX) is a life science company focused on the development and commercialization of genomic-based clinical laboratory services for cancer that allow physicians and patients to make individualized treatment decisions. Under the direction of the Senior Staffing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for strategic talent pipeline creation and full life cycle recruitment. We are looking for a seasoned IT Recruiter. - Using direct sourcing techniques, this position will build a strong network of passive candidates within critical skill. - In collaboration with the client-facing staffing teams, you will be focused on developing candidates within specific skill areas and pipelining that talent into the active staffing process. - Given the nature of this position, you will be required to cold call, network, generate leads and map organizational charts for target companies. - In this role, it is imperative that the incumbent is an expert in the latest trends and best practices within the Life Science, biotechnology, pharmaceutical and recruiting industries. - As this position will interface with highly skilled and experienced candidates, this position requires the maturity to manage those situations - Experience with a full spectrum of staffing methodologies, including search, research, internet sourcing, and candidate development - Knowledge of country region norms and government regulations - Ability to build and maintain relationships requiring a high level of poise, trust and integrity with a broad base of internal and external partners - Superior organizational skills for managing highly complex networks of passive candidates - Ability to provide leading-edge, creative solutions to drive talent discovery and acquisition - Advanced proficiency in the use of office systems, personal computers, tickler systems, applicant tracking systems and Internet search techniques - Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, deadline-driven environment. - 5+ years of staffing experience in an IT enviornment If interested, please apply online at http://track.jobviper.com/ViewJob.asp?id=505820-3-123 Reference Code: 1294 View all "Genomic Health" jobs
