 Role

 

Microfluidics has a wonderful opportunity for a top-notch corporate paralegal who can hit the ground running with little to no supervision. This position offers tremendous growth opportunities and a high level of exposure with all areas of this global company.  The paralegal/administrator would be supporting a corporate attorney relating to all corporate legal matters specifically to contract review, revisions, drafting and logging. Serves as a point-of-contact for the sales organization, finance, and legal for contract related matters. The incumbent may assist in preparing and filing of the annual financial reports, maintaining legal minutes, preparing corporate legal documents for execution. Flexible schedule will be considered.

 

 

 

Qualifications:

 

Ø  Bachelor’s or Associate Degree or paralegal certificate required

Ø  Three plus years of corporate/ transactional paralegal experience obtained in public company setting

Ø  Experience in the development and maintenance of a contracts database

Ø Attention to detail and ability to work simultaneously on multiple priorities

Ø Adaptable and flexible to changing priorities

Ø Strong writing and analytical skills

Ø Able to work independently

Ø Enthusiastic, energetic, self-starter

Ø Ability to meet strict time deadlines

Ø Excellent interpersonal skills
