Contracts Admministrator

We offer contract and private-label manufacturing services to firms requiring fully validated, aseptic processing for pharmaceutical diagnostic and therapeutic products.
Position Summary:
Provide professional and efficient response to all customer communications maintaining maximum customer satisfaction. Assist customers with product information, timely order processing, delivery commitments and conflict resolution. Resolve and coordinate invoice/pricing issues. Maintain updated product, customer, price and service related files using current computer programs and files. Serve as a liaison to the IBL Field Support staff. Responsible for ensuring that customer and end-users receive professional, courteous support with regard to the company’s products and services. Assist in development of sales forecasts for annual budgets and tracking of sales performance as required. Works with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
§ Provide general customer service activity including order entry, product technical information and other telephone based customer support.
§ Update pricing schedules for all customer accounts.
§ Interface with national accounts (e.g. Cardinal, Covidian, GE Healthcare, IRP chains, GPO's) on pricing and product demand.
§ Work closely with Material Manager to provide product demand analysis and forecasts to ensure no product stock outs.
§ Support Field Service department.

- generate IBL parts and service contract quotations/Purchase Orders
- administer annual License Renewal
- administer license related state notifications to assure compliance of field service activity
- responsible for RA/QA documentation/compliance
- administer quarterly service schedule
Education and Experience Required:
§ BA/BS degree
§ Five plus (5+) years of customer service responsibility in the medical/pharmaceutical field
Skills Required:
§ Excellent interpersonal communication skills
§ Strong written communication skills
§ Computer skills required; Microsoft Office; Order/Entry; Accounting package
§ Highly organized, detail oriented and self-motivated
§ Flexible team player
