 Managing inbound phone callsTaking ordersAnswering customer questionsMaking outbound phone callsMaintaining current Reagent and PVD usage

  i.  Calling out on an established book of businessInforming about new promotions and programsEstablishing leads on PVD and instrumentationCreating opportunities for customer education.
