Attorney responsible for negotiating, drafting and reviewing an extensive range of business transactions, including purchase/supply, distribution, research and development and clinical and manufacturing agreements. Position also includes counseling clients with respect to a variety of substantive areas of the law.A J.D. is required, as well as 3 - 5 years of corporate and/or commercial experience at a major law firm or corporation. An understanding of the health care industry and knowledge of federal and state fraud and abuse laws/regulations are beneficial.
