Customer Operations Analyst

Edwards Lifesciences is a global leader in products and technologies to treat advanced cardiovascular disease, and the number-one heart valve company in the world.  Headquartered in Irvine, Edwards has more than 5,600 employees worldwide and sales of $1,091 billion.   There is an immediate opening for a Customer Operations Analyst with a Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance, and 5+years experience in sales operations and data analysis.  Strong communication and presentation skills, knowledge of market analysis, quick learner, take independent initiative, ability to work well in a team environment, and be efficient and effective as all tasks are highly time-sensitive.  Productivity and follow up must be excellent and consistent.  From data integrity to system functionality and customer responsiveness, the Customer Operations Analyst must be highly responsive.  This role is responsible for managing the business needs of several areas including budget, growth analysis, returns, and process improvements.  As the primary contact for ongoing support and data analysis to the sales force, you must be articulate, have good judgment, critical thinking and decision-making skills.  MS Office, Excel and Access is required; JDE systems is preferred; ability to create queries in relational database using Access or other query software is required.
