Customer Service Associate - Order Entry

Customer Service/Order Entry Associate opening with a fast growing company in Waltham, MA. Must have 1+ years experience in fast paced customer service environment, order entry, processing orders, working with sales reps.  Person will work in a team of 5-6 people and report to the Supervisor.  Ideal person will have a friendly, team-oriented personality in a fast paced environment.


Duties include: Processing/entering orders, follow-up with insurance providers, processing claims, customer service to existing clients. internal sales reps, and customers.  Verify insurance benefits, order entry, document information.


Salary is 16 - 19/hr base salary, plus bonus ($5K). ($45K total compensation).  Great work environment.
Duties:
- Receives orders from commercial accounts and company Sales Representatives.
- Establish commercial accounts records, and enters all order information into the computer system for invoicing.
- Assists in resolving commercial accounts equipment and order/shipment problems under emergency conditions.
- Assists with implementation of quality improvement program
- Monitors commercial accounts communications and notifies the appropriate personnel if a particular service or response, within the scope if their responsibility is required.
- Filing of commercial account records and paperwork.
- Bill all commercial accounts.
