Job Description Customer Service Complaint Analyst We are seeking someone to join our team and be responsible for review and management of all new or existing department complaints and the reports associated for the Customer Service department.   Position Highlights:   -  Maintain monthly Trend, Follow-up for all service complaints; assess and document the root cause of complaints for all service related issues for Customer Service and as assigned by all departments.-  Complete, distribute, and monitor the unallocated report for customer notification of backorders.-  Collect, analyze, interpret, and summarize data in preparation for generation of statistical and analytical reports. -  Create departmental standing order reports; distribute to appropriate Customer Service Representative for customer notification. Skills, Education and Experience Qualifications:   -  High School diploma or equivalent.  -  Minimum 3 years inbound call center/customer service experience.  -  Proficient in Word, Outlook and Excel.-  Good communication, writing and problem-solving skills.-  Basic math knowledge.Education: High School/GEDJob Level: Experienced
