Our client, a Bay Area Top distribution company that provides products for the Pharmaceutical and Food industries, is seeking a talented Customer Service individual.

 

Working under the direction of management this individual will serve as a primary point of contact within the company managing a variety of front office, Customer Service responsibilities.

 

Responsibilities to include –

 Answering phones, managing incoming callsWorking closely with Customers on order processing and follow up Order tracking Preparation of letters/customer correspondence Working with company database on order fulfillment and processing, entering informationWorking with basic spreadsheets

Experience and Attributes -

 2 years previous Customer Service ExperienceAnswering phones using multi phone linesStrong computer skills using Word, Excel, OutlookSolid Communication skills both verbal and writtenDetail Oriented individual that thrives in a multi-tasking atmosphere Professional, Outgoing personality
