Customer Service/Order Entry Opportunity

We are currently seeking top notch Customer Service/Order Entry Professionals to help us continue to grow. 

 

These important positions perform the following duties: 

 Receives/confirms customer Purchase Orders via fax, phone and email.  Verifies price, product quantity, availability and delivery information.  Completes orders by entering in Order Entry/Sales Invoicing module. Forwards orders to warehouse for picking, ensuring that any customer instructions are clearly communicated to warehouse personnel. Receives PO shipment information from warehouse; updates charges or quantity as necessary; prints and mails invoice documents to customer. Generates and monitors Credit Memos as necessary. Generates and monitors Return Material Authorizations as necessary. Monitors Accounts Receivable Aging and contacts past due accounts as necessary. Performs daily cash receipt entry. Interacts extensively with our customers via telephone and email, answering product and/or delivery questions and providing information about products and support. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's needs; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Accomplishes company objectives by completing related tasks as needed in a timely manner. Makes certain that our customers are satisfied and happy to grow their business with ours !

This is a very busy position requiring good attention to detail, follow up skills and the ability to “multi-task” comfortably. 

 

Personal Traits:  The successful candidates will possess a thorough understanding of true customer service.  A warm, friendly personality and a high degree of professionalism are both required. 
 

Software Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
