Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently receive and/or proof orders and changes over the telephone, fax and e-mail. In addition, you will be responsible for assisting the customer with technical questions, invoicing, account maintenance and ensuring their experience has been pleasant and productive.


Requirements:  Prior experience in a call center dealing with customers via telephone and electronic mediums. Excellent computer skills, self-motivation, and ability to handle many tasks at once. Prior Customer Service Experience. Team and multitasking abilities Prior experience working in a fast paced environment. Strong organizational and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively across multiple disciplines. Experience with medical terminology a plusflexibility to work until 7pm two nights a week
