Customer Service Rep. Bi-Lingual Spanish

Primary Responsibilities: · Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns

· Ensure accurate and timely acceptance of orders

· Maintain positive customer relationships

· Ability to communicate in a clear and precise manner.  Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills required

· Knowledgeable in the investigation of customer complaints, such as those concerning product delivery and the quality of service

· Strong confidence in the handling of customer inquiries in a manner that matches service excellence at it’s best

 

· Must be bilingual: English and Spanish

· Experience in system processes for entering orders, customer data, returns, credits, pricing, and inventory management essential

· Experience with the Internet, email, fax, and extensive phone contact crucial

· Experience in researching and the compilation of product information via Internet and Excel vital

· Strong computer knowledge required including MS Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes/Outlook; Previous experience in JD Edwards and/or SAP a strong plus.

· Good mathematical aptitude and analytical skills required.

· Ability to work in a fast paced, detail oriented environment imperative

· Willingness to work flexible hours if needed to support the customer

· BS / BA preferred

· 3 - 5 years of experience in a Customer Support role

· Medical industry background a plus

 

Work hours will be EITHER 7:00AM to 3:30PM or 10:30AM to 7:00PM
