Customer Service Representative Work Location: Frisco, TXShifts: Not ApplicablePositions Available: 1Position Summary Under moderate supervision of the Customer Service Supervisor or other supervisory/management level position within the facility, is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing ASD Healthcare customers with courteous, professional and efficient service at all times. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Provide quality Customer Service by processing inbound customer inquiries and promoting ASD products and services using required system processes and procedures.Provide timely and complete resolution to customer inquiries.Act as liaison between ASD and the division’s customer base.Communicate effectively between all business units of ASD and AmerisouceBergen CorporationAll other administrative duties as deemed necessary.  Experience and Education Requirements Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a two year associate’s degree program, technical vocational training or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires two (2) to four (4) years directly related experience.
