Job Description Customer Service Representative (Export) Position Responsibilities:Coordinate the processing of customer orders through order entry and delivery via inbound/outbound telephone calls, email and fax media. Provide information to inquiries received from current and prospective customers. Enter orders into computer system. Provide and document information regarding orders, products and inquiries. Enter price adjustment and return authorization credits into computer system. Issue product pick-ups. Deliver world class service to Thermo Fisher Scientific Customers. Special projects as required. Provide back up to receptionist/switchboard as needed.Qualifications:The position requires a High school diploma or GED. An Associate/Bachelor degree is preferred. Excellent problem solving, written and verbal skills and attention to detail are required. Previous Inbound Call Center experience in a manufacturing or financial environment is preferred. The preferred candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and JDE or other ERP/CRM systems, self motivated and an effective team player. Ability to work any shift as needed within 7:00am-8:00pm. The physical requirements include the ability to sit for long periods of time, and perform extensive typing.
