Customer Service Supervisor

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE SUPERVISOR: 

FULL TIME POSITION - WOBURN MA

 

CutisPharma, a fast growing pharmaceutical company, is seeking an experienced individual to work and supervise the day to day telemarketing efforts.

The Opportunity:

·        Work with the management team to create expectations and performance goals for CSRs.

 

·        Coordinating the activities and supervise the daily operation of the Customer Service function.

 

·        Contacting pharmacists employed by national chain drug stores and effectively educating them as to the benefits of using CutisPharma ‘s products.

 

·        Responding to pharmacists' inquiries, and collecting information & feedback pertaining to product usage.

 

·        Mentor CSRs by demonstrating excellent customer service, through listening and professional communication, to identify root causes of customer issues and ensure timely resolution.

The Requirements:

The successful candidate will have:

·        Excellent communication skills, be personable and self motivated.

 

·        A positive attitude; high energy, enthusiasm and willingness to be part of a winning team.

 

·        A minimum of two years supervisory experience in customer service/telemarketing oriented environment.

 

·        Experience with contact management software required; ACT! - a plus.
