Data Manager Work Location: Atlanta, GAShifts: Not ApplicablePositions Available: 1Position Summary Under general direction of the Vice President, Strategy and Product Development, this position will establish data management and analysis processes to support clinical decision analysis products and services in the field of hematology and oncology. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement data process for the capture and analysis of self-reported data. Perform data diagnostic evaluations to determine the sufficiency and reliability of the data to answer specific business questions. Develop and execute summary analyses on datasets to facilitate more efficient review by clinical and business teams. Research and propose new analytic technologies to improve the efficiency of data analyses. Provide expertise on data quality issues involving data inflow, storage in warehouse and data marts and data use in applications. Experience and Education Requirements Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, statistics, healthcare information, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor’s degree program. Normally requires two (2) to four (4) years related and progressively responsible experience; healthcare, and survey data analysis.
