Dir. Business Development/Sr. Bus. Development Manager

Join an emerging biotech/pharmaceutical company with cutting edge products and growing revenues. We seek a Director, Business Development/Sr. Business Development Manager to help us further expand our Business Development team. This position will be based in our headquarters office in Scottsdale, Arizona. This is a fast-paced, fast growth, high energy firm with a friendly and supportive working environment. Our product lines are marketed to physicians by a national specialty sales force. The business is growing, and the individual will have a tremendous impact.

 

Primary Responsibilities of the Position Include:

·  Identify and participate in the structure and negotiation of licensing/partnership negotiations

·  Develop strategic relationship to support new products and marketing

·  Interact with promotional partner companies to implement sales and marketing programs

·  Interact with product development (R&D) to perform claims support studies and possibly develop new products

·  Perform business and competitive analyses

 

The Ideal Candidate will have the Following Qualifications:

·  MBA preferred

·  Requires a minimum of five years in a business environment with a focus in business development and licensing

·  Requires an understanding of Rx regulated environment

·  Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

·  Must be able to travel by car or plane
