Direct Hire-QC Analyst II

QC Analyst II - Chemistry Kelly Scientific Resources is looking to fill a Direct placement position for a QC Analyst II - Chemistry in Horsham, PA. The successful candidate will provide bioanalytical expertise for the quality control department. Key areas of focus are development and implementation of the quality aspects of late stage or marketed product strategy.Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:- Responsible for sampling raw materials associated with clinical and commercial manufacturing, and maintaining sample traceability via the QC logbook.-Testing responsibilities may include RP-HPLC, SEC, KF, FT-IR, SDS-PAGE, and UV-Vis.-Applies knowledge of good manufacturing practices and good laboratory practices on a daily basis.-Adheres to Company safety procedures and guidelines on a daily basis.Responsible for assisting with writing new standard operating procedures/test methods or revising existing documentation.Education and Experience:-B.S. or M.S. in a Biological Science preferred.-Minimum of 3-5 years experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry required.-General knowledge of cGMP practices, ICH requirements, stability and validation required.-General experience in a development, quality, or manufacturing environment preferred.Kelly Scientific Resources is a highly specialized and rapidly expanding business unit of global staffing provider, Kelly Services, Inc.
