Our Research and Development team has significant experience in metabolic diseases and is focused on investigating the biological actions and utilities of bioactive peptides and other compounds as potential drug candidates. Currently, we have a great opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team.

Specifically, you will:
• Provide statistical support to general corporate functions
• Conduct literature and/or methodological research to offer solutions to analytical issues arising from various projects
• Serve as statistical resource to other statisticians and analysts in Corporate Analytics Department
• Mentor junior level statisticians and analysts
• Coordinate analytical resources in support of corporate projects
• Anticipate additional need of analytical resources and recruit analytical talents 

This position requires:
• A Ph.D.  in Mathematical Statistics, Biostatistics, or Operation Research
• At least 8 years of methodological and/or collaborative research as demonstrated by an excellent track record of publications through academia or industry
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of statistics and its applications
• Familiarity with major statistical software packages such as SAS and Splus
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
