Director Brand Manager - Women's Health/Drug Delivery Device: My client, a large pharmaceutical company based in northern New Jersey, takes pride in knowing that their work is an affirmation of life.  It stems from their commitment to advance patient care and to shape the future of medicine.  It also connects them to the many lives they serve in their therapeutic areas of expertise, including Women's Health.  They are a global research-based pharmaceutical company with a purpose of bringing diagnostic and therapeutic innovations to the healthcare community.  With a vast global network and a robust product pipeline, as well as US revenues exceeding $2.5 billion, they offer the opportunity for career fulfillment and the chance to make life the best it can be.   At this organization, you will find an environment that celebrates diversity and welcomes the open exchange of ideas and individual perspectives.  They also support work/life balance! I am currently seeking a Director of Brand Management - Women's Health/Drug Delivery Device to join this organization. TITLE: Director Brand Management - Women's Health/Drug Delivery DeviceREPORTS TO: Vice President of Marketing - Women's HealthcareSALARY RANGE:  Up to $140,000 - $165,000 base, plus bonus (short-term and long-term)RELO:  Full relo available RESPONSIBILITIES: The Director of Brand Management-Women's Health/Drug Delivery Device will provide full commercial leadership and strategy for the brand by leading the development of brand plans that will enable the brand to set and execute a plan to meet its volume and revenue targets, share targets and overall business objectives. Incumbent is the subject matter expert for brand including attributes, future direction, opportunities and market position. Brand Director is the business focal point of the brand collaboratively providing direction to all customer marketing teams (Commercial, Professional and Consumer) as well as to Market Research and Marketing Communications. Position focuses 50% of time representing regional market needs on Global Brand team. Other responsibilities include:  Responsible for developing and implementing brand strategy for assigned products which includes: development of 3-year operational brand plan and modifying plan as needed Lifecycle Management Pricing Ensuring alignment of customer marketing teams with brand strategy Drives brand-focused market research efforts and manages forecasting production and logistic issues Defines performance metrics Develops and manage relationships with national KOL (Key Opinion Leaders) Accountable for brand P&L, including brand forecast and budget allocation to customer teams and budget monitoring Leads cross-functional teams needed to achieve key brand initiatives, defining and clarifying initiative objectives and managing the team, timelines and resources needed Manages Corporate and/or Alliance partners Gains a strong understanding of the medical, regulatory, legal and manufacturing environments for the brand as they relate to key brand initiatives.  Builds relationships with key contacts in each of these areas Responsible for representing regional US interests on Global Brand teams. REQUIREMENTS:   Bachelor's degree required; an MBA is strongly preferred A minimum of 7 years marketing experience Capable of developing a comprehensive plan and the ability to communicate the plan with key stakeholders Management experience is required Experience in managing outside vendors/agency is strongly preferred Ability to speak Spanish is a plus Ability to travel 25% of the time Women's Healthcare experience strongly desired (or device) Lifecycle management experience Brand planning experience Ability to analyze and utilize market research  Does this sound like the opportunity you have been searching for?  If so AND you meet the minimum stated requirements, please forward your CV in WORD format ASAP to:  sherri@parkwoodintl.com .  Due to number of responses, only those that most closely match my client's requirements will be contacted.  NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE!  If this is close but not the exact match, I specialize in pharmaceutical marketing related opportunities. To view a listing of my current opportunities, please visit www.parkwoodintl.com, click on 'Pharmaceuticals', click on 'Sherri Kemp' and click on 'View My Jobs'.  If interested in a job posted, please submit your resume and if a potential match, I will contact you to schedule a time to chat...I do not take calls without appointments as I am making outbound calls all day, every day.  THANK YOU!
