I am currently seeking a Director of Brand Management - Women's Health/Drug Delivery Device to join this organization. TITLE: Director Brand Management - Women's Health/Drug Delivery DeviceREPORTS TO: Vice President of Marketing - Women's HealthcareSALARY RANGE: Up to $140,000 - $165,000 base, plus bonus (short-term and long-term)RELO: Full relo available RESPONSIBILITIES: The Director of Brand Management-Women's Health/Drug Delivery Device will provide full commercial leadership and strategy for the brand by leading the development of brand plans that will enable the brand to set and execute a plan to meet its volume and revenue targets, share targets and overall business objectives. Incumbent is the subject matter expert for brand including attributes, future direction, opportunities and market position. Brand Director is the business focal point of the brand collaboratively providing direction to all customer marketing teams (Commercial, Professional and Consumer) as well as to Market Research and Marketing Communications. Position focuses 50% of time representing regional market needs on Global Brand team. Other responsibilities include: Responsible for developing and implementing brand strategy for assigned products which includes: development of 3-year operational brand plan and modifying plan as needed Lifecycle Management Pricing Ensuring alignment of customer marketing teams with brand strategy Drives brand-focused market research efforts and manages forecasting production and logistic issues Defines performance metrics Develops and manage relationships with national KOL (Key Opinion Leaders) Accountable for brand P&L, including brand forecast and budget allocation to customer teams and budget monitoring Leads cross-functional teams needed to achieve key brand initiatives, defining and clarifying initiative objectives and managing the team, timelines and resources needed Manages Corporate and/or Alliance partners Gains a strong understanding of the medical, regulatory, legal and manufacturing environments for the brand as they relate to key brand initiatives. Builds relationships with key contacts in each of these areas Responsible for representing regional US interests on Global Brand teams. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree required; an MBA is strongly preferred A minimum of 7 years marketing experience Capable of developing a comprehensive plan and the ability to communicate the plan with key stakeholders Management experience is required Experience in managing outside vendors/agency is strongly preferred Ability to speak Spanish is a plus Ability to travel 25% of the time Women's Healthcare experience strongly desired (or device) Lifecycle management experience Brand planning experience Ability to analyze and utilize market research Does this sound like the opportunity you have been searching for?
