Director, Business Development, Clinical

We are seeking highly successful, dynamic individuals for the following field-based position:   Director, Clinical Business Development   Develops business relationships at key levels within current and potential customer companies and sells Phase II-IV clinical trials services to meet individual, divisional and corporate goals and objectives. Identifies, contributes and provides strategic information to support Business Development’s annual plans and divisional growth strategy. Identifies target customers, markets and services and matches those to the Company’s capabilities. Generates standardized and creative proposals in response to customer’s expressed needs.   Qualifications include BA/BS degree with at least 5 years experience in business development and/or clinical research, preferably in the pharmaceutical services industry. Must have a thorough knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and terminology, understanding of the drug development process and the role of CROs in that process; and possess strong presentation and sales skills.
