Director - Global Site Feasibility and Site Activation

We have helped identify, activate and support over 120,000 clinical researchers in more than 70 countries for the top 20 pharmaceutical companies in the world.

We are currently seeking a director-level candidate who can manage a team of MDs, Clinical Project Managers, and study start-up coordinators to support our fastest growing division.  This Director will be one of three Department Heads in our operations department reporting to the Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations.

Candidates must have had a successful track record within the clinical research environment with an in-depth knowledge of global site selection/feasibility in a number of therapeutic areas.  S/he must also have a thorough understanding of the essential study document and contracting process and be comfortable managing a team that uses technology based solutions to help streamline and systematize the entire process.  The individual should be able to manage multiple projects at one time while positively motivating and mentoring project teams to exceed client expectations.  Candidates will have at least 10 years experience working for either a bio-pharmaceutical company or clinical services provider/CRO.

The individual will manage a team of Medical Director, Clinical Project Managers, and Project coordinators who are responsible for developing and deploying strategies that will help launch trials faster and with a better chance for success than traditional methods.  The department will work with different decision support tools and technologies to ensure the sites selected have access to the right patients and infrastructure to succeed in the study.
