We have an outstanding career opportunity for a successful Director, HR Service Delivery located in our Montvale, New Jersey offices.
Position Summary:
In this exciting highly visible position, reporting to the Vice President of Global Compensation and Benefits, develop and implement a global HRIS strategic plan that will facilitate the development of HR programs, including but not limited to, compensation planning, management succession planning, performance management, talent management and career banding. This is an excellent opportunity for a success driven professional with a strong functional and business analysis background related to the implementation of a global HRIS system to join a fast paced, rapidly growing global company
Responsibilities include: Work with HR functional leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to develop a Global HRIS strategic plan and create and support project plans for HR project initiatives Interface with country level HRIS and HR management, analyze their needs and develop functional requirements based on collaborative input Develop a ?needs analysis? to determine the elements which are necessary to facilitate the development of HR programs including performance management, compensation planning, succession planning and talent management Function as business analyst by helping the HR function define service delivery needs and process design, and representing those needs to IT Liaise with IT and participate in the RFP process and the implementation of the HRIS system which is ultimately selected Work with IT to conduct system testing for maintenance and system enhancements Provide direction on SOX compliance for all HR systems Develop and maintain HR content on the Company?s intranet ensuring ease of use in a self-service environmentPosition Requirements include: Bachelor?s degree and 10+ years of experience in both HR and HRIS with an in-depth understanding of both functional and system needs 5+ years experience managing a global HRIS team with at least one full cycle implementation of a global HRIS system; SAP or PeopleSoft is strongly preferred Strong project management skills Proven ability to work in a high performance culture with fast paced growth Demonstrated creative problem solving skills Excellent communication-both verbal and writtenCommitment to Excellence - Many companies talk about it.
