Director, HRIS - Global Human Resources

Employing nearly 12,000 people, Mylan has attained leading positions in key international markets through its wide array of dosage forms and delivery systems, significant manufacturing capacity, global scale and a committed focus on quality and customer service.  Mylan’s Global Headquarters, located in Pittsburgh, PA is currently seeking applicants for the Director, Human Resources Information Systems in the Global Human Resources department.  The successful applicant will lead the design and implementation of the HRIS function throughout the Company world-wide.  In this critical role, the individual will perform a variety of key roles in the maintenance, support, and development for process improvements for the Human Resources (HR) software application and HR related technologies.   The successful candidate must possess a broad knowledge of HR applications: Organization Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, Benefits and Payroll.  He/she must also possess demonstrated in-depth knowledge of computer systems design and architecture with an underlying understanding of the HR applications. Global HRIS system implementation experience is preferred.  A minimum of 10 years of experience with BS degree, or a minimum of 8 years of experience with a Masters degree is strongly preferred.
