This is an excellent opportunity for a proven marketer, interested in using their knowledge to make a significant impact on the marketing expertise for Ethicon, Inc. Ethicon, Inc. develops and markets products for surgery, wound management and advanced wound care treatment. Products are marketed through three divisions: Ethicon Products for precise wound closure and tissue repair; Ethicon Women's Health & Urology for minimally invasive women's health procedures; and Johnson & Johnson Wound Management for hemostasis and advanced wound care. The experienced marketer will oversee franchise-wide design and implementation of a global marketing training program aligned with marketing competencies. Also, create and implement a worldwide ETHICON franchise MBA program in partnership with Marketing and Human Resources. Interact with senior level marketers and BU Presidents to identify marketing needs. Identify internal and external partners for training content and presentations. Develop content for specific training modules. Organize training meetings. Create levels of training for marketing staff. Refine marketing competencies document. Create MBA candidate profile. Create rotations for MBAs. Manage budgets and contracts. Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. A minimum of 10 years related business experience required. A minimum of 7 years marketing experience required. At least 3 years leadership experience required (specifically team management). Medical device experience preferred.
